Charles cleaned our carpets in the MBR, Den, and master bath. They hadn’t been cleaned for a number of years and were in pretty bad shape. It’s amazing what a great job he did. They don’t look like brand new carpets but then again they are 27 years old. He was recommended by a realtor friend and we couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend Miracle Steamworks. I should also mention that his prices are very reasonable so much so that we wrote him a check higher than his bid.

Charles was very punctual and offered excellent service! He took the time to get to know the customer and what were the high traffic and problem areas in the carpet. He went above and beyond with his cleaning service, even cleaning the dog beds and couch throw pillows. Charles provided expert advice with tough pet stains and made the carpets look brand new. Charles was amazing! I had an appointment at 10am on a Monday. I locked myself out of my house 15 minutes before Charles arrived. He offered to reschedule to Wednesday but as we were talking the Locksmith called. He was going to be 30 minutes, Charles waited with me until the Locksmith arrived. Charles was patient with me. He called his appointments that followed mine and made sure they were okay with pushing back their times. Once he started to clean my carpets the house instantly smelled cleaned. He takes his work seriously and worked very hard a few difficult spots. Overall Miracle Steamworks is a 10 star company and i recommend them to everyone. Charles has a customer for life.

What a great experience! It was so fun to meet Charles at the front door. He spends time getting to know his customers and when I returned home, I had the cleanest carpet and the safe biodegradable cleaners he used were great. Did not smell one bit of chemicals! And I requested the deep cleaning solution due to pet stains. Hands down reccomend him to anyone needing carpets cleaned.
